Limitation Scope:
- Total liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months
- No liability for third-party platform failures
- No liability for data loss due to user error
- No liability for business interruption or lost profits
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
User Termination:
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Data export available for 30 days
- No cancellation fees
Our Termination Rights:
- Immediate termination for terms violation
- 30-day notice for service discontinuation
- Suspension for non-payment
- Data deletion after grace period
Upon termination, all provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.
